Crystal Lambert is a Pacific Northwest native. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washington State University Honors College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts with emphasis’ in Psychology and Human Development.

Crystal completed her legal education through the Washington State Bar Association Law Clerk Program. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington and the Western District of Washington Federal Court. In addition to representation of family law litigants, Crystal served as a Court Appointed Guardian Ad Litem for children in family court cases. She also works as a Parenting Coordinator and Collaborative Professional.

Crystal serves in leadership roles in various legal professional organizations. These leadership roles include: 2012-2013 President of the Clark County Bar Association Family Law Section; appointed by the Washington Supreme Court in 2009 and again in 2012 to serve on the Washington State Bar Association Practice of Law Board, Treasurer of the Washington Women Lawyers St. Helens Chapter 2008-2013, and President of the Clark County Young Lawyers Section 2010-2012. Crystal is an active member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), International Academy of Collaborative Professionals(IACP) and American Inns of Court.

Crystal was the recipient of the Clark County Bar Association’s first annual Rising Star Award in 2014.

Top 10 nafla-badge-2016Crystal was recently honored as one of 2016’s “Top 10 Family Law Attorneys Under 40” distinction from the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys.

Crystal continually exceeds the required continuing education requirements which help her stay current in the fluidity of law. In addition to continuing education in family law, Crystal has completed the following advanced trainings:

  • over 24 hours of Collaborative Practice training;
  • over 20 hours of Parenting Coordination training;
  • over 15 hours of Family Law Mediation training;
  • Title 26 Guardian ad Litem training

Crystal is a co-author of the Washington Practice Series: Family and Community Property Law. This publication is a comprehensive practice guide used by family law practitioners throughout the State of Washington.

Crystal is a strong believer in giving back to the community. She gives back through active volunteerism with the YWCA Safechoice Legal Clinic and the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers program helping those people in legal need.
